Phill is Nova’s head coach. a CrossFit Level 3 trainer with 16+ years in the game. International coach and gym owner. His sessions blend purpose, progression, and intensity; all backed by deep experience and a sharp eye for technique. Expect structure, sweat, and support, with every move designed to get you closer to your goals. Also: big fan of a post-workout bench chat and a heavy HWPO playlist.

He specialises in muscle building, body shaping, isolated strength work, posture correction and long-term structural improvement. As a certified nutritionist, he also creates customised plans for sustainable results. Tomas meets every client where they are, guiding them with clarity and patience toward measurable, confidence-building progress.

Originally from London’s construction scene, Dre brings a grounded, no-fuss energy to his sessions. He keeps it relaxed but focused, with garage beats in the background and plenty of encouragement along the way. Expect fun, challenging sessions where you learn by doing and leave feeling stronger, sharper, and proud of your progress.
