A high-energy, calorie-burning class designed to push your limits while keeping it fun. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and endurance challenges, full-body workout. Think high-intensity interval training with short rests.

SPIN

A high-energy ride that builds stamina and torches calories. Driven by music and motivation, you’ll climb, sprint, and sweat your way through structured intervals. Great for improving cardiovascular fitness and leg power — no experience needed.

CROSS TRAINING

In Cross Training we develop real world capacity across every aspect of fitness. Expect constantly varied functional movements including Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Mono-structural(cardio). Under the guidance of expert trainers, you will learn new skills, proper technique and develop elite fitness while having a ton of fun in the process.

HYROX

Running/cardio and ergs with a mixture of station-focused exercises. Expect high intensity, technique work and smart pacing strategies. Ideal for anyone training for Hyrox or looking to boost overall fitness.

TEAM CHALLENGE

A fun team or partner based workout, expect to be challenged with functional workouts, cardio stations and workouts that test communication skills while pushing you physically! Team challenge is followed by our Super Nova award where we celebrate the guest that has epitomised the Nova values.

REFLECTION

Reflection of your goals and how you overcame any challenges you might have faced or conquered during the week. Here you will have time to reflect on your week’s training and time spent at Nova.

A workshop-style session to help you set clear, achievable goals — whether it’s fat loss, strength, or Hyrox performance. You’ll learn how to break big goals into daily actions, track progress, and build habits that stick. Start strong, stay focused, finish proud.

Half spin with a mixture of strength, cardio and endurance. You’ll hit the bike for heart-pumping cardio, then move off for functional strength work using dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight exercises. A perfect balance of burn and build — get ready for full-body conditioning.
